Beginning of new session with new teacher

This wednesday we began with our new session with new teacher named Barby Punzone.I think she is a cool minded lady. . . . . . . . . . . .Day by day i am getting friendly with her teaching style. Yesterday she taught us about idioms. I have started enjoying very much. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . She is very calm by her nature. But I do miss our previous teacher. . . . . . . . .

Session completed with Christina

This Friday on Oct.,23rd was our last day with Christina. I would miss her a lot. She gave the assessment of the session. She told me about various ways to improve. She told me how was my presentation for the quotation regarding overcoming obstacles. She told me about my attendance. She gave us assignment of the vocabulary words that we studied during the session. We submitted her a chart of comments. We bade her farewell with heavy heart. My eyes were filled with tears.We had a nice time with her during the session. I learned many things during the session.

These Days

These days i am having lots and lots of fun. After Diwali, my days are going very fine. We are waiting for our new teacher who is going to continue with our session. But i am little sad bcoz our present teacher Christina is going to continue with another class. I would miss her very much. She has good intellect in english. I have improved my reading and writing skills a lot after taking the classes. Really I would miss her very much. O Dear Christina !

DIWALI CELEBRATIONS

This weekend me and my family celebrated Diwali. Diwali is an occasion of lights. Its origin took place many years back. It is celebrated with whole self-esteem and leisure in my country India. Children burn crackers and explode rockets in the air. People light candles and divas as part of rituals to spread lightening and peace and the message of Lord. We lighted our house with candles and electric bulbs. We went to Gurdwara and lighted divass and candles. Children were burning crackers in the ground. My heart was filled with joy and lights.

This weekend

I had lots of fun this weekend. I enjoyed a lot this weekend. We went to one of our family friends' house. Then we had shopping. We went to a restaurant to have taco. We returned back home late in the evening. On sunday, few relatives came to our house. We went to the mall along with our relatives. We ate at Chinese restaurant. We came back home late at night. I had lots of fun and I enjoyed very much.

My visit to one of my cousin's house

This saturday me and my family had a visit to one of my cousin's house. They had organised an "Akhand Path" in the house. It is a religious event of sikhs to worship the holy God. We gathered in the house around ten in the morning. Our other relatives were already present there. The Priest performed the holy rituals. In the afternoon we had "Langar" that means lunch. Then we came back home in the evening. We also visited Walmart mall for shopping.
